PARTICIPANTS:
Players from National Associations, accepted by the BWF are allowed to attend the event.

All entries should be sent to the National Badminton Federation of Russia no later than the 20th of June 2007 .

Entries shall be made in order of strength in each event.
All entries must be confirmed by the National Association.
No late entries will be accepted.

Men's singles, Women's singles, Men's doubles, Women's doubles and Mixed doubles.
DRAW SIZE:
Men's singles 56 +8 QUALIFIERS
Women's singles 28 + 4 QUALIFIERS
Men's doubles 28 + 4 QUALIFIERS (PAIRS)
Women's doubles 28 + 4 QUALIFIERS (PAIRS)
Mixed doubles 28 + 4 QUALIFIERS (PAIRS)
ENTRY FEES:

PRIZE MONEY: US$ 15 000
Division of prizes according the Circuit Instructions regulation 10.
WITHDRAWLS:
If a player who is accepted into a tournament, withdraws from the entire competition for any reason whatsoever within 7 (seven) days before the first scheduled match of the tournament, the Member Association entering the player shall make a payment of EURO 100.- to BADMINTON EUROPE.
After entering a player(s) in the tournaments it is the Member Nation's responsibility to secure visas for their players - if this is needed. Make sure that visa applications are made early enough.
CLOSING AND ADVERTISING:
In accordance with the BWF Competition regulations 19-23. In applying these regulations the decision of the Referee shall be final.

Price is 70-90 Euro per single room and 45 Euro per double room (per person) including breakfast. During the tournament food will be arranged at the Kafe (300m from the sports hall) .
Accommodation reservation must be done together with the nominative registration up to July 1st.
AWARDING:
Winners, runners up and semi finalists will be awarded with diploms and special prizes of National Badminton Federation of Russia
